Wire Transfers: Withdrawal instructions (Mobile devices)

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.

Wire transfer withdrawals can only be sent to a bank account registered in your name and your bank country must match the country registered in your Stars Account.

We will cover all fees charged by the sending bank and players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank, or intermediary bank (if applicable), for receiving a wire transfer.

To request a withdrawal via wire transfer, follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your Stars Account.
  2. Depending on your device:
    • iOS: Tap on Cashier at the bottom of your screen.
    • iOS PokerStars Next Gen app: Tap on Account and select Cashier.
    • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon and select Cashier.
  3. Select the Withdraw tab.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and tap on Withdraw.
  5. Select Wire Transfer and tap on Request.
  6. Enter your banking information and tap on Request.
    • Note: Intermediary bank information should not be included.
  7. Once you are taken back to the Cashier and see your banking details next to the Wire Transfer option, tap on Submit.
  8. If everything is correct, tap on OK.

It can take up to 72 hours for your withdrawal to be approved and up to an additional 2-5 business days after that for the funds to be credited to your bank account.


Always remember to properly log out before closing your mobile app:

  • iOS: More → Logout
  • iOS PokerStars Next Gen app: Account icon → Logout
  • Android: Menu icon → Logout

If you do get blocked by the system, wait 10 minutes before you try to log back in.
