Skrill: Withdrawal instructions (Mobile devices)

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.

Depending on your registered country, a previous Skrill deposit in the past 12 months may be required for this method to be available for withdrawals.

If you have used Skrill to deposit in the past 12 months, your withdrawal request will be automatically credited back to your Skrill account, up to the amount deposited with this method and in the same currency as your last Skrill deposit. You may then withdraw any remaining amount to any of the methods available in the Cashier, including Skrill.

To request a withdrawal via Skrill, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Stars Account.
  2. Depending on your device:
    • iOS: Tap on Cashier at the bottom of your screen.
    • iOS PokerStars Next Gen app: Tap on Account and select Cashier.
    • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon and select Cashier.
  3. Select the Withdraw tab.
  4. Enter your withdrawal amount and tap on Withdraw to proceed.
  5. Select Skrill from the available options.
  6. If you have used this method in the past 12 months, your Skrill details will be pre-populated. Otherwise, enter your Skrill email address and submit your request.

Your request will be processed within 72 hours (48 hours for Portugal) and credited immediately after to your Skrill account balance.

If you do not have a Skrill account, you will have 14 days to create one with the same email address you entered in the Cashier. Otherwise, the funds will be credited back to your Stars Account.

Always remember to properly log out before closing your mobile app:

  • iOS: More → Logout
  • iOS PokerStars Next Gen app: Account icon → Logout
  • Android: Menu icon → Logout

If you do get blocked by the system, wait 10 minutes before you try to log back in.
