Changing password

To change your password, start our software and from the lobby screen select:

Account Details → Password

Before you can change your password, you will need to answer two security questions and enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). This additional safety measure is part of our regulatory requirements.

You will then receive an automated email containing a temporary password you may log in with, and then you will be prompted to change this to the one you desire.

Type in your NEW permanent password in the last two fields and click APPLY. The password must meet the following criteria:

  • is at least 8 characters long
  • starts with a letter (A-Z, a-z)
  • contains at least one number (0-9)
  • does not contain your Stars ID
  • does not start with 'tmp'

You should then see a confirmation screen that your new password has been set up.

If you receive an error, ensure that your new password does meet all of the above requirements and that it is entered twice, as requested.
