Request the playing history audit in the software

Your deposit, withdrawal, transfer and playing history is available directly from our software. To request this information via our desktop software, select from the main lobby screen:

  • Tools
  • History & Stats
  • Playing History Audit

If you are using a mobile device:

  • Menu (Android) / More (iOS)
  • Settings & Tools
  • Requests
  • Playing History Audit

Or, if you are using the web application:

  • Account 
  • History
  • Playing History

Once you are there, select a date range and a password for the file. You may choose any password you want; however, we do not recommend using the same password as for your Stars Account. If you wish to view your StarsCoin / Reward Point information, ensure the relevant box is checked.

Next, select the file format (Excel (97-2003), HTML, or Text file) then click Submit. You’ll need to enter your Stars Account password to confirm the request and an email with further instructions will be sent to your registered address.

If the file will not open once you receive it, this means you have an older compression program that doesn’t support the playing audit file. To resolve this, you’ll need to upgrade your compression program. We recommend using WinZip 11 or newer (choose 'Download' then 'Get WinZip Free') or 7-zip to open the file.
