Send documents without scanner

If you don't own a scanner, the following options are still available to you:

  • You may take a clear photo of your documents with a camera phone, a digital camera, or a webcam.
  • You can use a scanner at your local library, print shop or internet cafe.

Note: We are not able to accept mobile phone screenshots.

Screenshots taken on a computer screen, where the screenshot contains all your information and the full URL of the web page, are accepted.

We accept PDF files and JPEG picture files. For larger files, you may need to use compression software such as Winzip to reduce the file size.

After you've saved your images, you can send them to us by selecting Contact Us on the right side of your screen (if you're on a computer) or by scrolling down (if you're on a mobile).

Once there, enter your email address, language and choose the category Account Security and Verification and sub-category Upload Documents. Then, just select the ATTACH A DOCUMENT button to add your images to the message.

Ensure that the image resolution is clear enough so that we can easily read all the information. Each image must display the required document in its entire form without any cropping.
