Unable to load the Sports page using the 'Sports' tab within our software

First, open your web browser and check if you can access Sports directly from our website.

A. If you are unable to open our website (skip to part B if our website works):

  1. We recommend clearing your web browser's cache.
  2. If you are not already using it, try the Google Chrome web browser and make it your default browser.

If you are now able to open our website, proceed to part B.

If you still cannot open our Sports website directly from your web browser, contact our Support team and include the following information:

  • The name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Your geographical location.
  • Let us know if you use a proxy server or VPN when connecting to our services.

B. If you are able to open our Sports website directly from your web browser then delete our program's cache:

  • Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 10 users:
    1. Press the Windows Key + R (at the same time).
    2. Copy and paste the following into the Search and press Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local
    3. Locate our software and delete it.
  • Windows XP users:
    1. Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop.
    2. Select ToolsFolder OptionsView.
    3. Under the Hidden files and folders section, select Show hidden files and folders and click OK.
    4. Go to the following directory: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data
    5. Locate our software and delete it.
  • OSX users:
    1. Navigate to the following folder location: ~/Library/Caches/ (please make sure to include the tilde symbol ~ at the beginning).
    2. Locate our software in this directory and drag it to the Trash.

Try reopening our software and confirm if the Sports tab now opens.
